One not counting steps correctly,

I finally was able to get my Fitbit to sync and now it is only counting half my steps. Any clue as to how I can get the Fitbit back on track?

Hi @Linda58 it's cool to see new faces around! Ok first of all I would like you to make sure you have set up your One to your Fitbit account. Then please perform a restart of your tracker and use it for a few days to see if it is counting your steps accurately.

This is happening to me too. However it only does it (wrong steps & calories earned in MFP) when I use the Windows 10 app. Its fine iof I sync on my Android phone.

Ive uninstalled the Windows 10m app and removed the dongle from my PC.
