Hi @Linda58 it's cool to see new faces around! Ok first of all I would like you to make sure you have set up your One to your Fitbit account. Then please perform a restart of your tracker and use it for a few days to see if it is counting your steps accurately.
Let us know how it goes! I'll be around.

@Linda58 Thanks for getting back to me! I hope you have had a great weekend.
I will appreciate if you update me with the results. I'm interested to know if your Fitbit One is working fine so other users can review this information if they are experiencing the same situation.
Let me know if you have more questions.

This is happening to me too. However it only does it (wrong steps & calories earned in MFP) when I use the Windows 10 app. Its fine iof I sync on my Android phone.
Ive uninstalled the Windows 10m app and removed the dongle from my PC.
