I also have a Samsung phone. My One was syncing after the Samsung update a few days ago. It stopped syncing with that yesterday and it won't sync with my Dell laptop via Bluetooth or the desktop using the dongle. And even though it was fully charged last night, it's halfway thru the charge this morning. Tried everything under the sun last night following all suggestions from the other posts and nothing works. What else can I do?

Weirdly, this morning, it is syncing w/my Samsung. I charged it again and it's showing as being full. I'll keep an eye on it to make sure the battery level doesn't drop suddenly and if it goes wonky again, I'll contact customer support.
