One not syncing.

I have been all over the place looking how to sync my One. It quite syncing April 8. I do not want o be on the phoc=ne with the support people for an hour only to be told I need to buy a new one. I just received it for Christmas this past year. The battery is showing full on the tracker. I have it plugged in thinking it might sync. But it doesn't. The Wyfy plugin always makes the computer make a sound like it is working. Can someone please help me. I am about done with this device.

My suggestion would be to restart both your computer and fitbit as a first step. Here are the fitbit restart instructions:

Note that this doesn't always work first time so it's worth trying it a few times

Thank you Steve. I think it might be because I have Windows 7. It worked up until April 8 and then did not sync when I hooked it up with the little wifi thing after
that. I will try again today with the instructions of turning it off. I appreciate you showing me the links. There is a lot of info on thee site and very overwhelming.
