So my Fitbit One just died this morning. I tried resetting it, charging it, hooking it to the computer... all to no avail. Is it dead, or can it be saved, that is the question. lol

Then Do a Restart

Welcome to the Community @Hobydean! I appreciate the details that you've mentioned and the troubleshooting that you've performed. 

 

We can try saving your Fitbit One trying the steps that @WendyB provided before. Can you let me know if you were able to save your One? If not, I can create a case on your behalf with Support, they will continue assisting you on this. 

 

A warm welcome to the Community @Laverne39! I can't really tell why your One isn't syncing to your iPhone. However, I would like you to try these syncing troubleshooting as mentioned by @WendyB!
