I had my One charging in my computer and got spark of static electricity when I took it out of the charging cord. I hadn't checked it in 4 hours, but it's dead. I have it back in the charger in case I luckily just drained the battery. There's no LED readout.
Anyone else have this problem? Did you manage to get your One working?
I don't have my receipt (who keeps 2 year old receipts?), so I can't get a replacement.

Update: Just randomly pushing the button and I got a display. It's what shows when you first sync a Fitbit to the site. Starting/stopping the stop watch got the display to show correctly. I'm now out 4 hours of walking and calories burned..

@zyxst I hope you're doing well! Thanks for the update. I'm glad to hear that the screen finally showed information.
Is it working properly now? If you happen to experience this once again be sure to perform a restart on it. This has helped other users in the past!
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!
