My FB One calories burned counter increases before I've even started my day. Yesterday I did a gentle walk jog for 20 mins and it said I burned over 700 calories. Not sure this is correct? Can anyone help ?

Hi, and welcome to the Community!

I think it's working just fine.

As well as tracking calories burned through activity your fitbit also tracks your BMR calories. These are the calories you burn just keeping your body alive (even when asleep). They are calculated from your profile settings for age, height, weight etc so you needn't be wearing your fitbit to get them. What you are seeing in the morning and after your jog includes the total BMR calories burned since midnight
