One won't stop flashing

everything won't quit flashing on my fitbit one?  I don't recall holding the button in.  What could cause this and how do I stop it.  I am afraid of resetting something

Remember a restart will solve many problems. When I have problems I do it at least 3 times and it  solves all the time
