Hello all you helpful people who understand how Fitbit works, even when they update things so that things don't work anymore!!
My One hasn't synched since mid-December. I fixed it somehow back then, because it had not synched since October before that. I do not remember what I did, because i had to follow a rabbit down a hole to chance upon the sollution. I cannot figure it out this time. HELP!!!!

Hello @PaulaRuth,
First, I would try to restart your tracker. Though I'd hold it closer to 20 seconds or so. You can tell if you've succesfully restarted it if you see the 'FITBIT 6.60' message.
Second, in order for us to further assist you, can you tell us how you would normally sync (which device and which OS on that device)? Thanks.

I have the same problem. Ive unistalled and re installed and tried to hold the button down for 20 sec - nothing .... HELP!

@kateloui Please be more specfic. How are you trying to sync. Computer? Phone? Whch kind?
