WHERE DO I FIND THE PROPER CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS?

Do you have the USB charge cable? You plug it into  USB charger or computer. The fitbit One needs to be removed from the rubber holder/clip. The fitbit One has contacts on the bottom of the fat end that line up with the contacts in the USB dongle.
