Let's say I enter 200 quick calories for lunch. I use the app on my pc. I pull up the add calories screen and plug in 200 and then hit the check mark at the bottom. It sometimes takes awhile for the screen to go away and then the calories I just entered are there. However, about half of the time it duplicates. Today I looked and it put it in three times. Does anyone else have this problem and is there a way to prevent it?

Hi @am2022
Which app are you using? The Fitbit App for Windows 10 from the microsoft store? Or logging from the fitbit.com website when logged in to your account?
Thank you very kindly

Thanks for getting back @am2022, but my friend @SunsetRunner and so do I, are asking which app are you using to log your calories, are you using the Fitbit app since you have a Food Plan or a 3rd party app?
We need to know this information in order to figure out why your calories are showing up twice.
We'll be around!

I didn't realize some of you may not be in the U.S. and things are apparently getting lost in translation. I am using the Fitbit app, which is why I posted in the Fitbit community. I downloaded the Fitbit app for my Windows 10 computer. Perhaps someone in the U.S. can assist me?

I'm still having this issue. Am I the only one?

Hi there @am2022, keep in mind that Fitbit is a global company, so rest assure as all the teams across the globe are well prepared to help you. The questions from my friends @SunsetRunner and @MarreFitbit are based to gather more information as this is not common. In fact this is the first time this issue came up as you mentioned on your post, for windows 10. I been looking around for other users that might have the same issue that you, regarding the calories are being duplicated using the Windows 10 app but so far, nothing.
In the meantime I can recommend to uninstall the Windows 10 app and restart your computer. try to download the app again and open your account to try to log your calories. If there are duplicate entries delete the one that are causing your calories increased.
Keep me posted how it goes and if you are so kind please share with me some screenshots so I can take a closer look. I'll be around, see ya later.

I called and spoke to someone in the Phillipines, so there is definitely a language barrier when emailing. The woman I spoke to said I am the second person who has called her about the exact issue and she is waiting on a response from the next level up. She took my info and will keep me posted. I will post when she tells me the solution- if there is one.
Uninstalling the app and reinstalling it does not fix the issue.
