The clip on the back of my fitbit keeps breaking, it does last me a while (about a year) so that's not too bad, but it's still frustrating when it does break. I've seen cheaper ones on Amazon and the reviews indicate those break after a few months too. Wondering if anyone has found a style that is more durable- seems the little clip on the back with a cap on the end isn't the best design and maybe there's another better design out there. I've seen the wrist bands, but I prefer a clip so I can hide the fitbit inside my clothes so I can wear it with anything.

I know what you mean. I lost the end cap from my One holder some while back. I did try a 3rd party replacement and the quality is not as good, although you can get them much cheaper than the official fitbit holders. It does seem to be a design flaw but I've yet to see an alternative. For some months I went without the end clip but it doesn't look as nice.
I would be wary of any wrist bands as the One won't be as accurate as worn clipped to clothes.
