Hello @inaj what do you mean by sleep quality? 

Do you get any sleep record recorded? 

As for Sleep stages neither the Flex 2 or the One will have Stages giving only simple sleep. 

As for the Fitbit One, there is no auto sleep detection and the user needs to put the device in its sleep/workout mode.
