An hour ago, after a sync, all of my historical sleep data changed to be wildly inaccurate. I am a poor sleeper and therefore have my tracker set on sensitive mode. Despite that, all historical records suddenly changed to give me credit for all but a few minutes each night.
I double checked that I was still set for sensitive - and I am.
I restarted my tracker.
I re-paired my device.
None of these got my records back to where they were earlier today. Any thoughts?
Thanks.

I am having same issue. Seems to have happened overnight.

Same here. Pretty sure they've broken sensitive mode. If you look at the breakdown, the time asleep should match time in bed minus the few minutes of "awake" time (in pink), no longer also subtracting "restless" time as it should.
I hope it's a bug and not a deliberate ploy to drop support for the Fitbit One.

Yup, me too, just today. What's being listed as "time asleep" is actually the total time for the sleep log.
I hope they put it back to what it was.

Same thing just happened to me too. Showing TOTAL sleep time, no longer deducting awake/restless time. I sleep poorly & all of a sudden all my stats have changed. Hope it gets fixed soon.

I am having the same issue. What changes have been applied to the application that the statistics are sooo wrong?

Mine too! I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one with this problem. Fingers crossed that it is only a momentary glich.

It seems like this is happening to basically all Fitbit One owners. I’d be curious to see if this behavior is impacting other Fitbit devices too... This is such an important feature for me (and for my doctor) to monitor my sleep. I don’t think they realize what a huge deal this is to just change without telling us. Hoping it’s a bug and that they fix it soon.

For good measure I opened a support case and sent in screenshots. The chat rep escalated the case. I’m still thinking it’s a bug since you can click through to the graph details and see the right numbers. I’ll keep everyone posted on what I find out. 🙂

Hello,
My one and fitbit app worked beautifully together for a very long time. Not so anymore. My steps on one is never the same as the app, wouldn't sync for the longest time, now sync works but sleep is way off I'll go to bed at 11 to 8, fitbit will show sleep time 1 am- to 9 am and no longer show awake restless time. Also, the weekly progress email never matches my fitbit one. I've had a fitbit since 2011 time to find another tracker, any suggestions?
Thank you

Love my Fitbit one but have started searching for a replacement. Not sure what to get as I like the clip on better than a wrist style. I like to wear bracelets.

I agree. Hope it’s just a calculation glitch that gets fixed soon. All the data seems okay for now. Thanks for getting this issue escalated!

Awesome! Never got a bug number from support but having everything back to normal is all I really wanted so I’m calling it a win, lol.
