i received my fitbit one on Christmas, it has worked great until today. When i went on my computer to check my sleep pattern from last night, it logged me being awake or restless 74X. My problem is that it has that i was sleeping at 9:10 am and a few more times throughout the day. I'm pretty sure i wasn't sleeping as i was at my desk working at my office. I don't know how to fix it.. does anyone know how?

Are you sure you have a Fitbit One tracker @Sandi196699? Because from the sounds of it, it looks like you have a tracker that has the auto-sleep tracking functionality, which the One does not. With the Fitbit One, you have to manage the sleep cycle manually, buy turning the Timer ON and OFF at bed and wake-up times respectively.
Regardless of which tracker you have, if you know your bed and wake-up times, you can key them in manually on your Log-Sleep page, and your sleep graph will be populated accordingly. If your tracker also recorded other time segments during the day as sleep, even though you were awake but sedentary, you can change those records from sleep to active time segments.
Hope this helps.

Hi @Sandi196699. This is a weird one, you know. Did you by any chance log a sleep record manually over the last few days? That's the only thing that I can think of to explain what you experienced - a manually log sleep record, inadvertently using the wrong date or time. When logging a manual sleep record, say for instances where you were wearing your One over night but forgot to use the timer, that record has to be made on the wake-up date, not the bed time date; and I have seen a few examples in other threads where an erroneious manual record resulted in distorted data, with sleep time showing during day time hours. Hope this helps. Have a nice day.
