With my fitbit one can i wear the normal clip to track my sleep or do i have to purchase a wrist band?

It would be better if you used the wristband while you sleep because it is probably more comfortable for you at night than something clipped to you! But the wristband should have came with it when you purchased it!

That is correct @Annamarie2234, as @Dechku89 mentioned, when you purchased your Fitbit One, a band should have came besides the tracker, the Dongle and the charging cable. If you don't have it, you can also take a look of our online store and see the different accessories we have.
