Stairs are not recording to my account

My Fitbit one stopped counting stairs three days ago. Then it started again, but they do not sync to my phone app. Only steps sync, stairs stay at 0. But on the one itself I see the stair count ..... What is going on?

Hey hey hey @BbannP welcome to the Fitbit Community! It is awesome to have you here 😄 Well that is strange right? Have you tried to reboot your Fitbit One?  If not please give it a try and let's see how you Fitbit reacts. If you did but nothing changed, I would suggest to contact support for further assistance.

Thank you so much. I got it working. I did try and reboot the one last night but I guess it did not really reboot. I did it twice this morning and both times I got the Fitbit 6.6 or 6.0 that I've never seen before. Then I added the device back into my phone and the stairs are now showing!
