Help...I am in a challenge and my dashboard shows 21,000 steps but the challenge only has me for 18 and change. I have turned phone in and off. Closed out of app and reopened. It does not help.

Hello @Bleueyes01, welcome aboard to our Community. My first thought would be to review your activity history, there are some reason why your steps amount are not the same.

1. Your steps have fully synced to our database but you're not viewing the mobile app dashboard in Live Data Mode. (Live data mode would show the word "connected" under your tracker tile).
2. You manually logged an activity. Steps from manually logged activities do not count toward challenges; only steps recorded by your tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges.
3. You used MobileRun to track GPS data with your app. Only steps recorded by a tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges. This is the most common reason, so I recommend to review your activity history to make sure you don't have manual activities.
4. All challenge participants are not in the same time zone.

Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.

Hello @Bleueyes01, don't worry, I have should be more specific on my previous post. Robot Very Happy If you are using the old version of your iOS app it should be the first tile you see on your Dashboard as it shows on the screenshow below, (For some reason my phone did not load my tracker's picture, Robot Frustrated but in your case it should show also your tracker along with the name). When is in live mode, in the tile selected below it should say "connected".

If you are using the new version of the app, it should look like the following example:

Hope this explain better my previous post and it helps to sort it out the issue.

I am using new version and it shows the same pictures as above. I am not manually logging, we are all in the same time zone, I am not using mobile run either. Still today it shows over 2000 steps behind the tally for my two days on my dashboard. It does however show notification that I ah e reached my goal. I am hoping this is only temporary, as we are pretty competitive lol.
