When I synch my One it shows the new updated data on the laptop screen for a moment then it disappears and shows again the data from the previous synch.
Yesterday evening it was showing 10,000 steps on the dashboard but only 7000 in the graph. Then it flipped back to showing 7,000 on the dashboard.
Today it is still showing 7000 for yesterday and no activity at a time when I know I was active.
Today at 1.30pm it was showing the correct data but, when I pressed the synch button,it seemed to synch buttoday's data disappeared. It now says the last synch was about 4pm yesterday and todays steps are 0. This is nonsense data.
The battery is Ok and it is not simultaneously connected to the phone. Help, please.

How old is your One? If it's out of warranty then problems are to be expected. Contact customer service and they may offer a discount. I suspect the One will be discontinued in the near future.

This solution work for me
Uninstalling the app from windows 10 store on my pc and the app on my Sony phone resolved the problem.
Then syncing from my Samsung Galaxy Tab "Google play app".
Auto-refresh (reload) page Fitbit tabs on Chrome browser.
I think Fitbit One cannot synchronize from multiples applications anymore
or Windows 10 store app is the culprit.
I hope it help.

When I first bought mine (this April), I could not get it to sync with my phone. After two whole days of trying, I then got it to sync with my tablet. I am realizing that my spouse's tablet and fitbit can't be anywhere close to mine, otherwise it ends up with sync issues for 12 hours or more.
My solution is usually to log off the app on my tablet, turn off Bluetooth and wireless on my tablet, plug in my One (as if to charge it), then turn on wireless, Bluetooth, and log back into the app (in that order). Sometimes I also have to totally shutdown and restart my tablet, but that usually works.
It's definitely temperamental, and I just can't have too many of those things in my house.

Hi,
I've encoutered the same issue since Saturday morning very early (European time). I've tried the lot on provided recommendations all to no reveal. Even when I got the app to show the correct amount of steps it refused to show the active minutes, I walked 19km today and got no actove mintes for it.
I resolved the issue with the suggestion made by Aurelie1947. Luckiliy I do have a spare android phn and by syncing the One via the android fitbit app it showed all information correctly inclusive of the 223 active minutes for today's walk.
Seems that indeed as suggested the W10 app on my phone and laptop is causing the problem.
Kind regards, Bart Lysen.

I uninstalled the app, turned off the bluetooth, ran an AVG total clean-up, reinstalled the app, turned on bluetooth and it is working now.

Thanks rwtmltstuff
I will try to reinstall the app again tomorrow, let us know if it sync properly with Android app.
There seems to be a syncing problem between Windows 10 app and Android on my tablet both using bluetooth

If you're using the Windows 10 Fitbit App, there's an option to sync with the dongle:
You'll need the dongle, but that may work better than using Bluetooth. Also, you can try installing Fitbit Connect (yes, it runs perfectly happily on Windows 10) and sync that way instead.
I hope this helps.

@wendh, also you could try uninstalling the Windows Store app and reinstalling again
I think it will upgrade to a new version and will pair with bluetooth with no problem
Work for me
