You might have to contact Fitbit Support on that one. Sometimes even though it's taken care of on your end, the back end still needs to be tweaked.

A warm welcome to our new friend @Dosey! Thanks for stopping by!
I'd like to know if you follow these steps to revoke the access from your old MFP account and then relink it with the new one:
1. Sign into your Fitbit dashboard.
2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
3. On the left side of your screen click "Applications."
4. Under MyFitnessPal, click "Revoke Access."
5. You can now re-link the two accounts.
If you did, I'd suggest you contact MyFitnessPal directly and I'm pretty sure they'll provide you with a good solution for this.
Happy stepping! ![]()
