I have a fitbit ONE and it is a couple years old. I use it regularly and in the last week the top third of the screen has disappeared. The bottom third lights up like normal and displays results or charginging screen but the top just stays dark. I have looked through some other forums and tried to restart it and this has not changed anything. I really like the screen option, anyone have any suggestions?

Hello @Erica999456, welcome aboard to our community. Well in this case since is a hardware issue the only recommendation available is a restart. I've seen you mentioned that you already tried this but I would recommend several attempts as it some cases it require more that one restart. If definitely is not working, check the warranty policy and contact our support team. Let them know of your efforts to troubleshoot the issue and what you've already done. I have full faith that they will be able to advise you of the next steps after reviewing your device history with you.
