Hello everybody!
I bought my Fitbit One three days ago. Most features work fine. However, if I try to record an exercise on the One, the result syncs fine to the activity log on Fitbit.com but I cannot find it in the dashboard under recent exercise or in the Fitbit app for iPhone.
Screenshots:
The activity history in the browser (on my laptop). Note the activity from 'today' (March 2) named 'park walk test'. It looks like the exercise synced from the Fitbit One tracker as it should.
However, it doesn't show on the dashboard under recent exercise: the last exercise was on February 28 and not on March 2.
In the iPhone app, the 'park walk test' activity is nowhere to be found. Shouldn't it show up under the log tab? As you can see, other activities (that come from MyFitnessPal) do show up.
All other information syncs successfully from One to iPhone app: steps, stairs, and also the sleep tracker (which uses the same method, right? press button on tracker until it vibrates when you start and finish?).
What I have tried so far:
- logged out of the app
- deleted app from iPhone
- rebooted iPhone
- reinstalled Fitbit iPhone app and logged in again
- restarted Fitbit One with charger
I run iOS 10.2.1. on an iPhone 5S.
Can anyone help? I see that this is a common problem but I cannot find a solution anywhere, apart from everything I've tried so far.
Thanks in advance!

I have the same problem; the only way I can get an activity to show up is if I manually enter it.

I'm having the same problem using the Android app. I don't understand why the apps can't be updated to show the tracked activity for the One.
If I track my activity, but then want to also see it in the app and therefore manually add it, won't this double count my activity? Also when I do this I can't get the calories burned etc to match the tracked activity which I assume is more accurate since it's tracked what i'm actually doing.
