Trouble updating my Fitbit One firmware on my android mobile phone

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have been trying to update my firmware through my mobile but it pops out with the screen saying Not working? Even though my One is literally beside my phone with the Bluetooth turn on with an active internet connection and battery fully charged...Also been having trouble syncing my One on my mobile phone. In order to get to sync I had to keep setting up a new device to get it to sync.

Hope to get a solution soon.

Thanks

Jocelyn

1) Restart your device

In your smartphone, with your Bluetooth turned off,
1) Go to your Setting >Application Manager > Fitbit App
2) Clear Cache and Clear Data and Uninstall
3) Reinstall the app, and allow the app to turn on your smartphone's Bluetooth when prompted

In your fitbit app, go to your device, and:
1) Turn ON All-Day Sync
2) Turn OFF Always Connected phone support
