I lost my fitbit and deleted the old one but can't seem to add the new one. On both my Adroid phone and using the Windows 10 app, I only get as far in the setup when it asks you to turn on the fitbit. I turn it on and it just takes me to a screen showing me all the things I can check if it doesn't turn on. But it is on! Very frustrating. I wonder if the fitbit is not working properly. Using the same app on my phone I have always used. And have the doggle in on the computer. Odd that it's the same error on both. Any ideas? Do I have a defective fitbit?

Welcome to the community @Danni! This is strange, have you checked that your tracker is fully charged? The reason I ask this is because the can be some connection issues if the tracker is low on battery, the same applies to your Android device. Also, I recommend you try restarting the tracker in order to improve its performance, hopefully this can get it to connect properly.
Give this a try and let me know if it helped you out.

Tried your ideas and they didn't work. I was just ready to call Tech support and decided to double check my bluetooth settigs on my laptop. It was on and the laptop recognized that there was a fitbit nearby, so I paired it. After that, I got through the steps just fine and have it added.
I didn't see anything in your instructions about this doing....but could have missed it. If it's not there, Fitbit might want to consider adding the "pairing" step to the instructions on Windows 10.
Thanks for your help.
