Unable to Manually Enter Sleep

I try to override the default times, but it tells me I cannot enter a future date and time - but it is not a future date and time!  And the red error messsages don't go away and it won't let me change the default.  I sleep irregularly and this is very frustrating.  I have pretty much given up, unless I remember to press the button.

No,  I haven't - and I haven't tried again.  I just try to remember to press the button just before I fall asleep, then when I wake up.  But this is a pain and this app should work better - the old way did!
