Has the company Fitbit stopped supporting Fitbit One?  I cannot update firmware or sync since August 12 it showed my battery full last sync and stopped working early in the morning. Thank you, Kellie

No it still supports the one. Just does not sell it anymore

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Try the update again

My One stoppef syncing and it was fully charged. I have a Google Pixel and the update seemed to have affected syncing. I did the restart once and the One resumed syncing immediately. Thanks for the tip. FYI, my Ome is refurbished, got it from Groupon and have had it fot 3 years, no problems.

Will try this tip when I get home (don't have charging cable with me). Will any of the data from 'unsynced' days still sync to the dashboard?

Yes. Mine stopped syncing for five days and all my data synced. I think it
holds up to a week's worth, but I'm not certain. Good luck!

Great! I hope so. I hate seeing my stats reflecting that I overate because the activity is not calculating. We also have a health incentive program at work to earn rewards. I get a point for every 5k steps I walk a day and due to this issue, I've got nothing (and no records to manually record).

@Xerxes61 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for sharing the experience you are having with your One not syncing.

I'm glad the tips provided by @WendyB on her post above were helpful and that you are back on track syncing properly again.

@asp2013 Have you also tried the restart steps provided above? If that doesn't work, please try these syncing troubleshooting steps. Try them in the order given there for best results.

Also, your Fitbit will remember the last 7 days of activity you had. So, you should see that data once you sync.

@KellieB. It's great to see you in the Fitbit forums! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with your One not updating its firmware.

Are you still experiencing the same? If you are, please follow the steps provided on this helpful article. That should certainly help you out with this.

@WendyB Thanks for your awesome help on this thread! Smiley Very Happy

Keep me posted!
