Unpairing Mobile Track from one phone to another

I recently got a new phone and am trying to use Mobile Track on my new phone but it is giving me a message saying that I need to unpair mobile track from my old phone (Nokia Lumia 635) so that I can pair it with my new phone (Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime). I have uninstalled the app and logged out from the old phone and still am having no success with the new phone. Can someone please help me with this?

I have never heard of this. The only  thing I can think of is to reinstall the app on old phone and there is a delete this device under device

 

You really shouldnt have to do this. But if it doesnt work Contact Support
