My walks wont trigger the auto track feature. My pace is about 2.8 mph with a small dog and was about 20 mins.  What can i do to fix it?

Unfortunately the Smart Track feature doesn't work with the fitbit One. More information here:

The next time it registered fine. Seems to have solved self or I did something wrong first time.
