I came on to purchase a new One because mine stopped tracking but I can't find them on the site. Did they stop manufacturing them? I don't want a wrist model! Drat.

The One (and Zip) have been discontinued.
However, for clip-on, non-wrist wear, the new Inspire (not Inspire HR) can be used with a clip, purchased separately.

@patcee Fitbit discontinued them without explanation. I recognize they're an older model but you, me, and so many people love this one! OK, here are your options: You can source a used, refurbished, or even old-new stock on eBay or Mercari, OR, if into DIY, you can repair your One yourself. Personally, chose to do the repair. Mine wasn't holding battery charge, so popped in a new $10 battery and I'm getting 2+ weeks out of a charge now. Unsure if your issue is battery or something else. Cheers!
PS. I see @JohnnyRow mentioned the Zip, you can find them cheap on eBay (new for <$40). My Fitbit arsenal: One, Zip, Surge. #KeepOnStepping

@patceeI definitely recommend @JohnnyRow 's suggestion. The Inspire plus the accessory clip are about the same as I paid for my One in 2014. The Inspire also has SmartTrack (auto-recognition for certain activities) and automatic sleep tracking.
The Inspire does not count floors. I don't consider that a deal breaker. I think it is fair to say that the Inspire plus the clip are the next evolution of the One, not just a replacement. The only thing that would make it a better deal is if the Inspire were included in the Mother's Day Sale. Sigh. It is not. But you will get free 2 day shipping with the code on the site until 5/11.

@WendyB Surely many One users replace their own batteries and just don't talk about it here. I base my assumption on several One batteries shown as sold on eBay and Alibaba. Ones have many aftermarket products available. #KeepOnStepping
PS. My new battery lasts over 2 weeks 😉

@WendyB Thanks! Fortunately, I didn't read your post saying it was impossible before upgrading my battery 😉 My upgraded One is better than new! Previously, I'd enjoy around 10 days between charging at best (usually would charge once per week), and now I can go almost 3 weeks between charges! 😄 LOL I didn't have the tools either, bought a soldering iron ($8) the same time as I purchased the battery. TOTAL out of pocket including shipping and tools came out to less than $20. I'm a happy stepper. Cheers!
