What if your fitbit breaks?

My friend's fit bit broke, can she get a new one?  It stopped working is there any guaruntee on it?

What do you mean by "...broke" @viL? If it simply stopped working, perhaps all it needs is a restart. Here is the link to restart your One:

You may have to repeat this process two or three times if need be, perhaps holding the button down a little longer, 20 seconds or so, until you get to see "Fitbit 6.60" on your One's display. GL!
