What is the furthest distance my Fitbit can be from my phone for it to sync?

The furthest the Fitbit can actually sync is 20 feet. As long as it is under 20 feet, it should be fine and sync correctly.

 why is my Fitbit not syncing if I turn on Bluetooth, I mean it worked last time so why should it not work this time? Th other thing is that my Fitbit is not syncing really well I put it under 1 ft and still not syncing at all! Please help me!

@Ben0207 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for sharing the experience you are having with your tracker not syncing.

 

Please make sure to check all of the syncing troubleshooting steps in order to sort this out. That should certainly help you out with that.

 

Also, please not that you need to have both Bluetooth and Internet connection in order to sync.
