Which elliptical to choose?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a Fitbit One and since it doesn't track the elliptical as having taken steps, it needs to be tracked manually. However, when I go to do so there are two entries called elliptical, and one has a higher calorie burn than the other. I see nowhere that indicates what the difference between them is. Any help?

Hey hey hey @OPirret Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It is nice to have you here with us 😉 In fact there are two options for the elliptical. The difference is that for one you have the "Difficulty" ( as shown bellow). After that you can put the calories you've burned manually. I would recommend to choose this one with the difficulty on it if you don't know exactly how many calories you've burned. otherwise you can choose the other.

Hope this help. Have a wonderful day!

Is there a guide as to what constitutes low, medium, and high speed?
