I was trying to sync my tracker to the fitbit app...Then I noticed my tracker only said 13 steps.
I had over 10,000 and it all got erased.
What happened?

By what you're describing it made think that perhaps your timezone settings aren't correct. Take a look at your timezone settings and then sync your tracker to ensure all of your steps are saved.
Also, to prevent this from happening in the future I recommend restarting your One by doing the following:
Make sure that you sync your tracker before restarting it, otherwise unsynced data may be erased.

This has been happening to me a lot as well. I checked mine earlier tonight and it was over 6700. I then checked my app and saw it hadn't performed a sync since end of June. I did it through the app and it went to zero and all the other days I've put in were not recorded. Very discouraging.

That definitely doesn't sound like expected behavior. Have you tried the following steps to restart your tracker?
