Woke up this morning to find I had been sleep walking

Hi, I have been wearing my one for sleep monitoring, however when I wok up this morning I found that I had done 132 steps.  This is strange as I had not got out of bed since the previous night.

Does anyone know if I can manually delete these steps?  I read somewhere about a driving option on the activity log.  I presume this is on the Account tab of the dashboard, but when I look there all that is shown is the option to set daily targets for walking.

Wondering if I have a different dashboard from that which other people see.  I read about changing step lengths looked for the option, can't rember where, but followed the instructions given ; which had worked for other people and could not find the link.

On the Dashboard on your computer, Click on Log and go to the Activity Tab. Scroll to the bottom and you should see it
