Won't record exercise with new update

My one tracks exercise as it used to, but once I push "finish" the data disappears. The last walk it recorded accurately  was 15 minutes before I updated the app.Is there something I need to do to fix this.  The data isn't on my dashboard on my computer either.

My exercise weekly monitor doesn't register sometimes when I clearly have made the goal for that day.  How come does this happen?  T have a new Charge 2 and it has happened and it happened in the past with the Charge HR......

 

This is a downer when I work to make sure that I make my weekly goal of five days of exercise.
