It's nice to see you around more often @Nananell2011Man HappyI noticed @SteveH provided you with great help with this, I'd like to add that it is better if you do this through your online Dashboard and if your accounts are still not syncing you can re link them by doing the following:

 

1. Sign into your Fitbit dashboard.
2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
3. On the left side of your screen click "Applications."
4. Under MyFitnessPal, click "Revoke Access."
5. You can then re-link the two accounts by going here.

Hey there @Nananell2011 thanks for the update! Smiley HappyI apologize for this...please know you have to do this through your online Dashboard cause we don't have the option to do it on the mobile devices yet.

ok, i removed the app, now where do i go to re-link them? i clicked onthe "here" link you posted in previous email, but it just took me to my dashboard again.....

Thanks for the update @Nananell2011! Please know you need to to this through your online Dashboard here since you'll not be able to do this on your mobile device since we don't have the option to do it through there. After you have enter on your online Dashboard using a computer please do the following:

 

1. . Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
2. On the left side of your screen click "Applications."
3. Under MyFitnessPal, click "Revoke Access."
4. You can then re-link the two accounts by going here.
