active minutes not showing after 3.0 mph walk for 4 miles on treadmill

Up until 3 days ago my One was recording active minutes - now it is not.  My calorie burn is also low.

I have done 3 plus miles at 3mph or more the past 3 days and no active minutes at all - help!!
