Are you sure you mean the One?  That is one of the oldest fitbit models, long discontinued, and only clips onto waistband, no wrist strap.

I don't know how you would use it in water.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

It was never meant for swimming and is not water proof. So no you can not swim with it
