data lost after tracking exercise

I went for a run this morning and pushed the little button so the timer started runnning. 
At the end it showed me the correct amount of steps and kilometers. By the time I got home, I still saw them. I held the button again, so the tracking of this run would stop. 
By the time I opened the app, it only showed 10 steps instead of the 12000. I've already reset my fitbit, while it was attached to my pc.

 Habe you tried a second sync @lienphe How long ago does the app or fitbit.com days the lady sync was?

Sounds like you did not get it to sync by the time you started this thread @lienphe.  Have you been able to sync your One at all since this happened?   If so, did the steps show up?
