easier way to calculate stride length

Hello people. I have been trying to figure out my stride length im preety shore im 171 or 172 cm tall if that helps. I dont know anywhere that i know the exact distance of so i cant calculate my stride length any suggestions?

My suggestion would be to leave it on the default. This calculates a value based on your height so will be as good as any suggestions you get.
