My sons bought me a Fitbit One a few years ago which I used a lot at first. Sadly I have not used it for some time but now want to start tracking my activity levels. I have recharged it OK but it seems to have the time wrong. For instance it says it is 3.26 PM at the moment but it is actually 12.32. This means the 24 hour clock is wrong so today's activity level is all wrong. How can I change it?

@RoseyT Welcome to the Fitbit forums! I'm glad to hear that you decided to start using your One gifted by your sons once again!
It is normal for it to show an incorrect time, as you haven't used it in a while, and haven't synced it. Once you sync your One, the time will show correctly. Please follow all the steps on this helpful article to sync your One. That should certainly help you out to be back on track.
Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes! ![]()
