found old fitbit one, but not charging

I just found an old fitbit one that had been lost.  Attached it to the charger, but it does not appear to be charging.  Is there a problem if the tracker has not been used for many months?

@JaLyMiwhen the battery has died, it's always best to do a restart of the device.
