Can I wear my Fitbit One on my shoe?

You'll probably get a reasonable step count but because fitbit will not know you are doing this it will assume that the movement of your foot is the movement of your torso and will get the calculation of calories and active minutes wrong.

 

For the most accurate data it's best worn clipped close to the body.
