I just purchased a fit bit one and it is having trouble syncing, I have done all the rebooting of the devices and also uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone. It says Update tracker software and has a red ! on it. Is this normal and why is it doing it? I have a samsung Note 3 phone.
