my fitbit one stopped syncing the beginning of august. I cannot get it to sync. Please help me.

I need help getting my fitbit one to sync.  I love this tracker and hope you can get it to work for me..

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

• restart phone
• restart fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
• restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
• "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
• go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Note that when you get it syncing again, your data may not look right. This is because fitbits only have enough storage to hold detailed data for up to 7 days between syncs. After that it starts to hold the data at a daily summary level. After a month of that it starts discarding data.
