Replaced my fitbit FLEX with a ONE. My dashboard shows no devices, and when I follow the instructions for adding a new device, there is no option to add. Just options to log out, help, and account settings.
Also the ONE does not appear to be charging. I've plugged it into four different outlets on two different computers and nothing happens. There were no instructions at all in the box it came in, and the online instructions are not helpful.
I am not, never have been a fitbit fan. Customer service is good, but the devices are just hit and miss, and the instructions are terrible. But family members keep giving me new devices.

Hi @JackieLL.
Here is a link to the Fitbit One User Manual.
Here is the link for setting up a replacement tracker.
If your One is not charging and you've tried different POWERED USB ports, I would suggest restaring your Fitbit One. I think what might be happening here is that your One is attempting a firmware update at the same time as you're trying to set it up. You should be able to see that though; following a successful restart, you should see a progress bar on your One's display giving you a feel for the firmware update status.
Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.
