Hello there @scootrn2 and I'm sorry your post has been around without response, I will try my best to give you my insight regard this issue. I wonder how it looks your iOS Dashboard? note with the recent change it were only modify the position of the tile to have more accessible the information but it should not prevent that your steps synced to your account.
With your latest post you mentioned is not showing information, I'm just guessing, but make sure your tracker is paired to your account. Usually this happens when there is no device paired. If this is the case the issue will be corrected once you pair your tracker again.
Hope this helps otherwise I'll be around giving follow up to your post.

I am having the same problem today. I have it set to all day sync and today it hasn't paired with my iphone. It just says "looking" and hasn't paired with it since 6:51am this morning. I just tried to set it up again but it won't recognize it.
Is the app buggy or is there something wrong with my device's bluetooth? Everything seems to be working without issue and it's fully charged.

I'm having the same issue. Just keep getting the "Looking" message since last night when I tried to sync even though the Fitbit is fully charged. I tried turning off and on the Bluetooth on my iPad and didn't make a difference. It won't sync to my iPhone either just keep getting the "Looking" message. I had one of my best steps day yesterday and don't want to lose them!

Found a solution on another forum. Put your Fitbit into the charger and plug in the USB end. Hold down the button until you see the firmware version number (FitBit 6.60) (may take 15 seconds or more - I had to try it twice). Take it out of the charger and press the button until you see your steps. Open the app on your phone/computer and sync it. This worked for me. Thank you to Evie W. for the solution!
