online and app dashboards don't match

A few months ago I paired a new FitBit One, and removed the old one. Now, when I go online, the dashboard shows my steps way back to 2016. However, the app on my iPhone only goes back to December 2017, when I added the new device. Is there a way to get all my data to show on my iPhone?

Thanks.

@swainoe Welcome to the Fitbit family! This is very strange! It should show more days! How are you checking this data on the iPhone? I tried with my phone and was able to check all of my data.

This is the method I used:

  • Open the Fitbit App.
  • Tap the step tile on your dashboard.
  • Your step history list will show.
  • Swipe down to see all the days since you started.

This worked for me. Also, can you check if you are logged to the same account on both your iPhone and computer (same email address)? Did you used to have an account with a different email address?

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy

That's what I'm doing. Still, the steps only go back to the beginning of the device I'm using now. However, online my steps cover both devices I have used. I was considering trying to add the old one back to my phone to see if they show up again. Or maybe I should just remove and reinstall the app. I'll let you know if I figure it out.
