"Name" on the display

My last Fitbit One used to show my name on the display, since having set up my new one, it doesn't reflect my name/nickname at all when going thru the stats.....I have double checked my settings and profile information and all is correct.....any input is appreciated.

Check under settings and make sure your name is still there
