steps wont sync or update since July 21 on ipad,iphone or now downloaded on PC

I have turned everything off several times. downloaded charger thing to PC fitbit one attached and it won't sync there either - though it recognizes me and shows calories burned and food, water. But No steps. 

I'm going mad.

Please help.

When you say you have turned everything off does that include the fitbit?

 

If not then try restarting the One using this procedure:

Give this a few tries though as it's known to not always work.

@reerox67 try the multiple restarts mentioned above as that has the best chance of fixing this. If they don't work then there are some more tips in this troubleshooting guide:
