So ive tried several times to download the app on my desk top and it will get a 1/4 way through and just sits there as if its trying to download but after a few hours the status does not change. Anyone have any recommandations ?

Not sure what app you are referring to. Do you mean the Fitbit Connect software? Did you download the one specifically for Windows 7/8.1? You can find that here.

 

I just tried it and it took me 15 seconds to download (not wifi).

yes the fitbit connect, i downloaded the pc verson and it doesnt load (maybe its my computer or its trying to save it the wrong place on my computer)

What does the connect app acaully do ?
